Job Description: Artificial Intelligence /Machine Learning Developer

Job Profile

Talent Recruit Platform is driven by Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning. Along with the team of highly passionate techies, we are also looking to build and expand a team of equally passionate data crunchers. This role has been initiated as a step towards that direction. The AI/ ML Developer shall be responsible for value discovery and realization for AI/Data Science projects at Talent Recruit. This is a non-managerial (individual contributor) role. This is a niche and newly created role in the organization which will be responsible for taking the AI and ML value proposition in the product to the next level. The person will have opportunity to shape up the direction of the team and to influence AI strategy for the product. This role will be part of the ambitious vision to make Talent Recruit a heavily AI and ML driven product.

Job Responsibility

• Shall be architecting and developing AI/ML Platform or Products, NLP based matching and scoring
• Shall be Architecting Machine Learning Related Platform/Product like Search, Conversational Systems, NLP.
• Hands on in Python, C++, Web services and REST.

Desired Skills

• Good Knowledge of deep learning frameworks like Tensorflow, Pytorch etc.
• Knowledge with Machine Learning and Deep learning algorithms.
• Strong understanding of full text search, metadata, schemas, lineage, data quality,
• Experience with Elastic Search based ML systems and add-ons will be added advantage
• Experience 3-8 Years
• Excellent Communication (Both Written and oral)

Qualification

• BTech/ BE / MTech
• Graduate / Postgraduate in Math / Statistics / Allied Subjects
