We are looking for a self motivated digital marketing professional for our organisation. He/ She will be a key team player for Prithu Homes.

About Prithu Homes:

Prithu Homes is the largest execution company for villas & floors in Delhi NCR. We have delivered 45+ projects & around 60+ projects are currently under execution with a construction area of more than 5 lacs sq ft & we expect to grow 100% every year for the next couple of years at least. Just in Delhi NCR, the space we operate in is a USD 2+ Bn annual opportunity. We are developing a scalable execution company for small and mid size projects, keeping in mind a pan India opportunity in near future.

Primarily job responsibilities are listed as under:

• Create and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall marketing objectives.
• Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads to increase website visibility and drive conversions.
• Social Media Marketing: Manage paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms like Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to build brand awareness and engage with the audience.
• Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmenting lists and analyzing campaign performance.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic rankings and drive traffic.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts. Use data to make informed decisions and optimize campaigns.
• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Continuously optimize landing pages and user flows to improve conversion rates and user experience.
• Online Reputation Management: Monitor and respond to online reviews and comments to maintain a positive online reputation.
