He / She should have a thorough understanding of the drivers of the business and should have demonstrated the ability to adapt and deliver in an aggressive and competitive environment Job Requirements Know the market and have a built network in the industry Ensure timely submission of quotations & Tenders Planning and reporting from the sales team regarding tour planning and order taking Act as an interface between customer and internal departments from inquiry to post order stage to ensure complete customer satisfaction Ensure implementation of corrections/ corrective actions/ preventive actions as applicable Periodic customer satisfaction survey. Initiate necessary actions as required Provide inputs to production for preparing monthly production and dispatch plans Ensure adherence to departmental procedural requirements Ensure upkeep of relevant records in CRM Monitor and ensure that objectives related to Sales & BD are met Authority Authorized to set targets and benchmarks for achievement Decisions on the final quote and discounts in consultation with the Vertical sales Head and Unit head Authorized to make all decisions about Liasoning and negotiating with clients, various other companies, government (regarding tenders) etc. Sharing basic information of the organization in terms of products, process, technical man power, list of customer etc. Completely authorized to take all decisions about the Sales function and shall consult Management wherever necessary Accountability Timely actions as required against customer satisfaction results Adherence to departmental procedural requirements Achievement of departmental objectives Smooth co-ordination and communication flow with customer Timely processing of customer inquiries KRA Sales/Revenue as per the target Timely collection Customer Satisfaction
