Lead Architect (m/f/x)
Your tasks: - Lead and develop projects from early concept through design development.
- Prepare drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Design and document commercial and industrial building projects
- Preparation of conceptual model on Google Sketch up
- Preparation of Architectural Statutory Drawings
- Preparation of Architectural Working Drawings
- Architectural Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
- Building Area Calculations
- Interdisciplinary co-ordination
- Coordination with other discipline for inputs
Your profile: - Experience in Team handling
- Experience in Client coordination
- Candidates from Industrial Experience will be preferred.
- Should be aware of local and federal regulations, building codes, and local planning and zoning laws.
- Should have awareness of items such as the site, environment, culture and history.
