MANAGER - ENGAGEMENT & INTERNAL COMMUNICATION at ZEPTO
Location: Mumbai

What is Manager -Engagement & Internal Communications, HR?
Employer branding:
• Support in designing and executing employer branding strategy that will
contribute to a positive employer brand, which can help attract and retain top
talent.
• Execute employer branding strategy across various channels including social
media, careers website, Glassdoor etc
• Build and maintain strong relationship with internal stakeholders to ensure
alignment and support for EB initiatives.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking in terms of EB strategies.
• Strengthen campus engagement and EB initiatives at our targeted campuses.

Internal communication:
• Work on engagement programs & communication intended to enhance
employee engagement, well-being, foster recognition, and promote a positive
workplace culture.
• Develop and implement wellness programs that support employee health and
well-being, encompassing physical, mental, and emotional health.
• Managing the day-to-day activities of HR programs and initiatives, including
program planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.

What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in bachelors of arts, business management, human
resources or other related field
• Go-getter attitude and willingness to be hands-on with a strong ability to
communicate and work collaboratively with others
• 2 years’ experience within Internal Communication/ Employer Branding with
proven ability to manage activities independently, cooperate with other team
members and should be able to interact with senior leaders if needed.
• Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize,
and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
effectively communicate with employees, managers, and external partners.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple
stakeholders
