Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cafe Manager to join our team at Kruti Retail Ventures LLP. As a Cafe Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our coffee houses in Cuttack, Odisha. You will ensure exceptional customer service, manage our team of baristas, and maintain the overall quality and profitability of the cafes.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Proven experience as a Cafe Manager or similar role, with 5 to 10 years of experience in the food and beverage industry
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and staff
  • In-depth knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso-based beverages
  • Experience in menu planning, including the development of new and innovative coffee drinks
  • Hands-on experience in managing inventory, controlling costs, and achieving financial targets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and ability to enforce strict adherence
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the coffee houses, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience by maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness
  • Lead and manage a team of baristas, providing guidance and support to achieve operational excellence
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability, including creating and executing marketing initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions
  • Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring the availability of high-quality coffee beans and other supplies
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay updated with industry trends and innovations, and continuously strive to enhance the customer experience
