Job description
• LBB Graduate with minimum 5-8 years' experience in Real Estate Industry
• Provide Legal guidance and support to the company on a wide range of legal matters.
• Assisting in drafting and vetting of Loan cum Mortgage Deed, Deed of Guarantee, Escrow Agreement, Deed of Hypothecation, Memorandum of Entry, Declaration and Undertaking for deposit of Title Deeds and other security creation documents of Construction Finance.
• Manage and track end-to-end transaction documentation until the execution and registration of agreements.
• Responsible to handle all litigations, petitions, appeals, affidavits and other allied activities and attend hearings. Act as the key point of contact and support for all cases.
• Provide legal advisory service and support when required
• Work closely with the top management to support making key legal and statutory decisions
• Scrutiny of legal documents and validations.
