Presently we are expanding our team and therefore looking to hire strong recruitment professionals for multiple industry verticals.

As a Sr Consultant / Client Manager at Fyndbridge Consulting Services, your role would involve identifying, attracting, and placing top-level executives in key positions within client organizations. The responsibilities can be diverse and encompass various aspects of the executive search process.

Key responsibilities include:

Client Engagement:

Understand and align with client organizations to comprehend their business objectives, culture, and specific talent needs.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor on executive talent acquisition.

Needs Analysis:

Collaborate with clients to define and articulate the specific requirements and qualifications for executive roles.

Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand the nuances of each executive search assignment.

Market Research:

Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor landscapes, and talent pools to provide strategic insights to clients.

Conduct market research to identify potential candidates and companies that align with client needs.

Candidate Sourcing:

Utilize various channels such as databases, networking, and industry events to identify and attract high-caliber executive candidates.

Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for current and future opportunities.

Candidate Assessment:

Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments of potential candidates, evaluating their skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Present shortlisted candidates to clients with detailed profiles and recommendations.

Negotiation and Offer Management:

Facilitate communication between clients and candidates during the negotiation process.

Assist in structuring compensation packages and ensure a smooth offer management process.

Market Mapping and Reporting:

Provide regular updates and reports to clients on the progress of executive searches.

Conduct market mapping exercises to provide insights into talent availability and industry trends.

Relationship Building:

Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure long-term partnerships.

Act as a brand ambassador for Fyndbridge Consulting Services, representing the company positively in the market.

Adherence to Ethical Standards :

Adhere to ethical and professional standards in the executive search process, ensuring confidentiality and integrity.

Continuous Learning:

Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and advancements in executive search methodologies.

Successful execution of these responsibilities will contribute to the success of Fyndbridge Consulting Services in delivering high-quality executive search services to clients and building a positive reputation in the industry.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

4+ years of experience in related field

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Strong communication and presentation skills

Ability to work in a high-paced environment and manage multiple projects
