To develop a strong relationship with Dealers/Distributors by personal visit, courtesy call, or by one to one meeting at frequent intervals.
To Meet Distributors as already planned, to educate them on Lighting
To make a detailed presentation to the dealers and distributors.
To visit dealers and distributors along with Sales Employees as an expert to aid in the closure of sales calls.
Submit a weekly action plan in advance and update on work in a progress report on a weekly basis covering key contents of discussions with customers and way forward action plan.
