Role : Sr. Manager Closing
Project Location: Kandivali West Mumbai
Budget : Upto 15 LPA Sales Incentive 0.10% commission on the deal close amount & paid monthly

- Increased sales through proactive sales and negotiation techniques
- Competently engage with prospects build rapport and convert
- Highest conversion within the team for 2 consecutive years
- Accomplished sales goals and boosted revenue
- Thorough product knowledge and customer relationship management
- Excellent stake holder management
- Attending walk in customers at site Greeting and showing them the audio video stake holder presentation.
- Explain infrastructure development near site Explain connectivity and Convenience.
- Explain project in details to customer like plan layout and amenities.
- Explain Ticket size and payment schedule to customer Taking customers to the site visit.
- Preparing weekly Monthly of walk in client database.
- Following up with the customer to close the booking.
- Negotiating with the customer and closing the deals.
- Excellent communication skills Negotiation and closing skills.
- Resolving queries at site in respect to parking construction related question Explain the value of product to customers.
- Keeping strong follow up and generate references
- Achieved agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule time period.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
Candidate Requirements:
- Any graduate with proven work experience of 6 plus years in the field of real estate sales in Mumbai
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal
