ROLE: Engineer Estimation (Electrical01 Nos.) (HVAC or FF & Plumbing01 Nos.)
SALARY: UPTO 8 LPA
LOCATION: Mumbai.
QUALIFICATION: Engineering Degree
EXPERIENCE: 2 to 7 years of experience in Estimation

ROLE
Engineer Estimation is responsible for estimating the cost of projects and materials. He / She is also responsible for the overseeing standardized procedures methods and processes for estimating deliverables such as bid packages and budget tracking tools.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Analysis of relevant tender documents
Evaluating tender related documents designs drawings and schedules.
Liaising with Suppliers / Manufacturers.
Conducting comparison studies based on supplier s quotations.
Engagement with suppliers on both technical and commercial aspects of product.
Based on client s budget constraints for any specific project carrying out value engineering studies.
Maintaining all certification documentation and records in relations to the projects.
Pricing of tender/BOQ with respect to defined profits.
Reviewing and recording the existing revenue estimates of the company tallying the records with previous estimates with current results considering the difference in current estimation analysis for accurate results etc.
Making PreQualification documents both standards as well project specific questionnaires.
Develop and maintain intelligence regarding trends in cost of services materials and commodities in the various regions in which the company operates.
Create and maintain project tracking tools and reports for senior management
PREFERRED SKILLS
Engineering Degree with 2 to 7 years of experience in Estimation
