Job Description We at Launcheazy are looking for an Demand Generation Representative - I (0-4 years work experience) who will work at the forefront of B2B sales and marketing to generate qualified leads that result in revenue. Working closely with other teams your role will be to execute our demand generation strategy, deliver on targets, and recommend creative outreach techniques to drive outcomes.

Selected candidate’s day-to-day responsibilities include : Actively execute omnichannel cold outreach campaigns (Emails, Calls, LinkedIn etc.) to generate MQLs/SQLs. Own the complete lead generation and management from lead capture to follow-up and tracking them through the entire sales cycle. Coordinate with the prospects and the frontend team to set up business meetings/calls. Further, briefing the Front-end team about the prospect after conducting secondary research and collating relevant information. Engage in dialogue to understand client requirements and expectations. Work collaboratively with the Sales and Marketing Teams to improve the quality of MQLs & SQLs generated. Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance and deliver weekly campaign performance reports. Drive data capture and management. Provide regular database health checks, cleansing, and augmentation. Partner closely with product marketing and campaign management teams to ensure proper messaging, timing, and execution of one-off and ongoing campaigns across email and web personalization. Use the latest in account-based marketing strategy and technology to run multi-channel campaigns targeting enterprise customers. Track full-funnel lead metrics and provide recommendations: program and campaign investments based on conversion rates.

Skills & Requirements Qualified candidates should possess a strong interest in the Digital Marketing and B2B SaaS Selling space. Candidates should be willing to learn new programs, platforms, and technologies. Candidates should be driven, and confident and must thrive in a team environment. A Creative and Hustler attitude. Experience in implementing B2B lead generation Campaigns and processes. Collaborative self-starter with a track record of working with sales, marketing, and technology teams. Outcome-driven and motivated to rapidly execute and learn iteratively. Experience creating task-based and process-flow documentation. Proactive, decisive, independent thinker, and adept at primary and secondary research of target industry and target prospects. Healthcare Domain understanding and SaaS Selling experience will be a plus. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Strong analytical skills in marketing science.
