Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Manager of Product Sales & Customer Success with a background in SaaS products
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming leads, conducting product demonstrations, managing accounts, and actively engaging in upselling and cross-selling activities
- Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with the development team to ensure a seamless communication channel for product updates and improvements
- The role also involves addressing customer queries effectively to enhance overall customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities:-
Lead Management:
- Efficiently handle incoming leads from various sources.
- Prioritize and categorize leads based on potential and relevance.
Product Demonstration:
- Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations for potential clients, showcasing key features and benefits.
- Tailor demonstrations to align with the unique needs and challenges of each prospect.
Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Understand client needs and objectives to provide personalized solutions.
- Regularly assess account health and proactively address any concerns.
Upselling and Cross-Selling:
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the existing client base.
- Develop strategies to maximize revenue from each account.
Communication with Development Team:
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and the development team.
- Communicate client feedback and requirements to the development team for product enhancements.
Product Updates:
- Stay informed about product updates, new features, and improvements.
- Effectively communicate these updates to clients and demonstrate their value.
Customer Query Handling:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries.
- Collaborate with support teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities.
- Generate reports on sales performance, trends, and forecasts.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in SaaS product sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in account management and customer relationship building.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Proactive and results-driven with excellent negotiation skills.
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings.
