Position Title: Analyst, Services Revenue

Responsibilities MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the modernization of deferred revenue reporting functions for vehicle related services:
- Wind down of manual accounting and reporting functions, leveraging Alteryx analytics software.
- Support the testing and launch of SAP-RAR for North America and European markets.
- Manage corporate revenue reporting requirements:
- Support monthly revenue reporting for key stakeholders, including creating and distributing management reporting, reconciliation metrics, and financial statement footnotes.
- Engage with business partners (Corporate Accounting, Finance, GDI&A, and Business Operations) to document and understand reporting requirements.
- Engage IT partners in the development and testing of new reporting requests.
- Support general ledger activities:
- Prepare and submit journal entries relating to services deferred revenue activities.
- Prepare & submit subledger activity and balances relating to services deferred revenue activities.
- Develop and implement robust reporting control processes for Deferred Revenue Reporting:
- Create monthly and quarterly control checks to monitor performance of SAP deferred revenue reporting.
Qualifications POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- Accounting degree - Masters, CA, CWA (inter or qualified)
- Strong technical accounting background
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize, work independently, and advance multiple concurrent assignments
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships cross-functionally
Desired Experience - Experience with large data set reporting and workflow automation tools such as Alteryx, Qliksense, and Google Cloud
