Hiring General Manager (Project) or Project Director for India Autism Center
Work Profile: Manage overall project construction, timelines, quality, local liaising, costing, and workforce management. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to drive actionable insights and solutions. Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operational processes and improve construction performance. Oversee development and implementation of technology solutions for operational streamlining and productivity enhancement. Evaluate emerging technologies and trends for competitive advantage. Establish and maintain operational standards and best practices. Monitor KPIs for progress tracking and continuous improvement. High focus on delivery quality. Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (BE Civil) or related field; M. Tech preferred. Strong execution experience with a track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget. Extensive knowledge of construction technology, civil engineering principles, construction processes, costing & budgeting.
