Job description

This role would be wholly responsible for NPA & litigation management of existing NPA cases & Legal vetting of the property documents of new customers with the solutions oriented approach & excellent decision making skills.

Job Description :

Minimize NPA cases, initiate SARFAESI Proceedings, Arbitration, 138 Notice, Execution of DM order through Enforcement agency,

 

Attend Court Cases, Need based visit to DRT, Civil Court, High Court, Police station,

 

Drafting and vetting of equitable mortgage, simple mortgage, declaration and undertakings relating to the mortgage for security creation etc.

 

Drafting of retail loan agreements and replies for Legal Notices and customer complaints.

Reply of legal notice and Customer’s complaints

 

Arrange title search reports through External vendor.

 

Co-ordinate with advocate for investigation of the title of the property and discuss the issues of the title and remedies before creation of security.

 

Complete BT Transaction with customer and arrange scrutiny of Original documents through legal vendor.

 

Prepare and Maintaining MIS of all NPA, Litigation cases etc.
