- This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Executive in Pune.
- The Customer Care Executive will provide excellent customer service and support, ensure customer satisfaction, and generate sales through effective communication.
Qualifications :
- Experience in Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Tele sales.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, Marathi
- Ability to multi-task and problem-solve
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Should have exceptional management and organizational skills.
