Job Description: Cyber Security Solution Architect

Our Expectations:

We are seeking a Cyber Security Solution Architect with exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, capable of engaging in right-level conversations and adapting to new technologies rapidly. The successful candidate will:

• Respond to technical and functional queries in RFIs/RFPs.
• Analyze RFP/RFI documents to derive cyber security solution/control requirements and develop holistic solutions.
• Operate independently in large and complex customer environments as well as collaboratively with direct sales teams.
• Drive technology transformation opportunities within and outside the existing customer base.
• Mentor team members across technology areas and industry trends.
• Develop comprehensive cyber security solutions across domains including infrastructure, cloud, data security, application security, and more.
• Have expertise across multiple Security OEM platforms (e.g., Palo Alto, Cisco) and experience with threat monitoring, intelligence, and attack surface management solutions.
• Excellent knowledge across multiple Security OEM platforms like Palo Alto, Cisco, Fortinet, SIEM solutions SECEON, Crowdstrike, Sentinel, Rapid 7, IBM Q-Radar, EDR platforms including CrowdStrike, Seceon, Trend Micro, etc.
• Experience on Threat monitoring, intelligence, EDR/MDR/NDR platforms.
• Understanding of Attack Surface Management solutions across Asset Discovery & Vulnerability Scanning, Penetration Testing, Attack Simulation and Remediation / Mitigation solutions.
• Preferably possess at least associate level knowledge of major cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Exhibit strong interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions, experienced in security operations, and have an analytical solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate Dievas Cyber Security products and services to customers through various channels.
• Conduct proactive PoC/PoV sessions, Tech Days, and briefings to educate customers.
• Address technical and functional questions in RFIs/RFPs effectively.
• Overcome sales obstacles creatively and adaptively.
• Leverage technology trends to address business problems passionately.
• Engage with customers, providing exceptional written and verbal communication and troubleshooting skills.
• Lead through thought-leadership by writing blogs, whitepapers, and participating in marketing activities.

Educational and Professional Background:

• Required: Advanced degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical field.
• Preferred: MBA or similar business-oriented courses.

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience in the Information Technology industry.
• 3-5+ years in a client-facing role as a Security Solution Architect.
• A successful track record as a Cyber-Security Engineer, Consultant, or similar, with expertise in designing and deploying security solutions.

Role Description:

This role supports clients in Technology Transformation & Technical Solution design with a deep understanding of Enterprise Security Architecture. It involves:

• Engaging with customers to understand their security controls, IT & Cyber Security roadmap, and propose transformation solutions.
• Quickly understanding client's current cybersecurity capabilities and gaps, and developing sales strategies for enterprise accounts.
• Working independently and with sales teams for executive briefings, technical consultations, and product discussions.

This position is pivotal in helping clients navigate their cybersecurity challenges and requires a candidate with a strong technical background, customer engagement skills, and a passion for technology transformation.
