Job description

The Senior Leader will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and strategic direction of the company. This individual will collaborate closely with the CEO, leveraging their extensive experience in business development, operations management, and strategic planning to achieve the company's vision and goals.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development and Implementation:

- Collaborate with the CEO to devise growth strategies and comprehensive business plans aligned with the company's vision.

- Spearhead the development of a robust business development strategy to expand market presence.

2. Partnership Building and Ecosystem Development:

- Foster strategic partnerships and cultivate an ecosystem to enhance market visibility and generate high-velocity lead flow.

3. Strategic Decision-Making and Risk Management:

- Actively participate in senior leadership discussions to address key strategic matters.

- Formulate and execute a cohesive risk management strategy throughout the customer lifecycle.

4. Sales Team Management and Performance Optimization:

- Drive efficiency and productivity within the sales team, ensuring alignment with budgetary targets.

- Set performance metrics, provide guidance, and monitor the team's progress.

5. Process Enhancement and Improvement:

- Identify areas for improvement within teams and processes, implementing initiatives to align with long-term business strategy.

- Monitor key risk indices and proactively mitigate potential risks.

6. Market Influence and Brand Management:

- Engage in industry forums and market events to bolster the company's brand presence and positive recall.

- Collaborate with Technology, Product Management, and Marketing departments, providing insights to drive future roadmaps.

7. Reporting and Analysis:

- Provide regular reports to the leadership team, tracking progress against business plans and highlighting potential risks.

- Stay ahead of market trends by analysing customer, market, and technology trends, providing strategic feedback.

8. Revenue Accountability and Profit Margin Management:

- Take responsibility for revenue targets while ensuring agreed profit margins are achieved.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum of 20 years of experience in business leadership roles, ideally in multilocation Domestic and International BPO Operations, with exposure to Healthcare, BFSI, etc.

- Strong communication, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop talent.

- Prior experience in US Sales (preferred but not mandatory).

- Any graduate or postgraduate degree.
