Roles And Responsibilities

  • Taking ownership of high value clients (with Average Annual Revenue 25L) and increasing their wallet share
  • Setting up the processes to effectively increase the client understanding and getting the business expansion opportunities through different means
  • Be the voice of the customer/enterprises at account management stage and Liaison with the product team to get all the necessary help, required in retention, reactivation and referral (RRR)
  • Share reports and insights from the conversations, to effectively improve the BD processes or our focus towards the business expansion
  • Liaison with the marketing team to set up campaigns, plan testimonials and blogs with key accounts
  • Drive a thriving acquisition loops with referrals from existing customers

Senior Manager - Key Accounts Is Expected To

  • Own end to end & ensure customer lifecycle processes are designed well and customers are being farmed to increase the revenue per customer
  • Handle large enterprise accounts and improve their revenue
  • Ideate and come up with ways to continuously improve on below mentioned areas → Improve the retention, improve our understanding of needs and wants of the market, and help envisioning necessary changes in product, to get more business from the existing clients
