Team Member-regulatory Reporting

This is a full-time on-site Team Member - Regulatory Reporting role located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The role will include tasks such as submitting regulatory reports, and providing reports on a regular basis; maintaining internal control systems; staying up to date with regulatory requirements and industry developments; handling internal and external audits; and ensuring that reports are submitted accurately and on time. The Team Member will work collaboratively with other departments, such as finance, legal, and compliance, to ensure regulatory compliance across the organisation.

• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for the financial services industry
• Experience in regulatory reporting, reporting standards, and data analytics
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and teams
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask under strict deadlines
• Experience in auditing or compliance is beneficial
• Industry certifications, such as CPA, CFA, or FRM, are beneficial
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
