Job Preview: As the AMC Sales Manager for the Customer Service Department in HVAC, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and driving Service sales of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) within the HVAC sector. Your primary responsibility will be to lead Service sales Dept and effectively promote and manage AMC contracts, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to develop and execute sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and enhance customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team to achieve service sales targets and objectives. Develop and implement strategies of service sales plans to maximize revenue from AMC sales, identify and generate casual repair jobs & spare part sales within the HVAC service & internal projects segment. Oversee the entire lifecycle of AMC contracts, and generate new inquiries for AMC business growth. Ensuring renewals of AMC business and review the lost customers – strive to gain back the lost customers. Monitor billing & receivable of all above business by timely collection. Visiting KEY customers and meeting – for securing the business. Involving in major complains – keeping dialogues with customer and giving updates on resolution. Collaborate with the customer service team to streamline processes and deliver timely and effective support to AMC contract holders. Prepare regular service sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to track progress against targets and objectives. Analyse sales data, identify trends, and provide insights to senior management for informed decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. Proven experience (8+ years) in sales management, with a focus on HVAC products or services sales. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, maintenance practices, and industry standards. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully managing and developing sales teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to think strategically, analyse data, and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
