Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Product Delivery Coach and Leader. As a product delivery coach, you will work with senior leaders and delivery teams to drive business outcomes across the value chain. You will help leaders, managers and teams to adopt a product delivery mindset and operating model. You will closely work with the teams to develop a value-driven culture and psychological safe environment. As a subject matter expert, you will assist senior leaders in providing direction and guidance throughout the transformation journey. You’ll bring hands-on experience in delivering products and platforms. You’ll coach and enable leaders to shift from project thinking to product thinking by working with them side by side. You will enable leaders to create product roadmap, OKRs, respective metrics and organisational structure The role is located in Chennai, with flexibility for some remote work. Responsibilities: * Works with senior leaders to enable them on Product Thinking * Executes the Product Delivery transformation strategy on the ground * Influences all levels of enterprise i.e. senior leaders, middle management and teams * Delivers Workshops: Business Strategy, OKRs, Product Management, Scrum / Kanban, Product Discovery etc * Facilitates workshops: Big Room Planning, Release Planning, Envisioning etc. * Guides Product Discovery: assists the teams with Product Discovery, gives recommendations on the bottlenecks * Educates the teams stakeholders and senior leadership: end-users (story writing, Product leadership, etc..) * Identifies and escalates the transformation impediments to the management team * Nurtures an environment focused on successful product delivery and continuous improvement * Promotes an engineering culture of innovation by trying new approaches and techniques * Ensures Governance and Compliance is adhered to by optimising the flow of work Qualifications * 5+ years' experience as Enterprise Agile Coach or Product Leader * 7+ years’ experience in Technology Leadership Roles handling P&L, Governance etc. * Good understanding of the Financial Markets environment * Hands-on experience of at least one full SDLC as a Product Manager, Agile Coach or Delivery Lead * Good understanding and experience with various scaling framework (SAFe, LeSS, DAD, Scrum@Scale, etc…) * Excellent DevOps knowledge (SDLC practices and collaborative tools; JIRA, ADO, Trello, Confluence, Mural) * Experience with building and growing cross-functional teams multi-located * Experience in coaching and delivering trainings: Scrum Master, Product Owner, Agile essentials, Kanban, User Stories management, Agile Leadership and other role-based trainings (Tribe Lead, Chapter Lead, etc…) * Excellent facilitation techniques to drive various types of ceremonies/events (Kanban, planning sessions, refinement, workshops, etc…) * Excellent knowledge of the backlog management techniques: estimations techniques, story slicing and distribution, MoSCOW, etc… * Excellent interpersonal skills; solid verbal and written communication skills * Ability to influence leaders at all levels of the organization.
