We’re searching for a talented and passionate Senior technical Consultant - Who has knowledge on cisco CUCM and collaboration knowledge

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage level 2 support for Cisco customer of RC .
• Responsible for preparing Method of Procedure for any configuration changes, and executing any configuration changes as approved by customer
• Responsible for leading any planned scheduled maintenance activities.
• Resolve Customer Escalations
