The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our organization's social media strategy. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content, build brand awareness, and drive user engagement across various social media platforms. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to align with organizational goals and objectives. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to ensure the brand's social media presence is innovative and competitive. Content Creation and Management: Create compelling and shareable content for various social media platforms. Manage the content calendar, ensuring a consistent posting schedule that aligns with marketing campaigns and promotions. Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and written content. Community Engagement: Foster and maintain a strong online community through active engagement and interaction with followers. Respond promptly to comments, messages, and mentions, showcasing excellent customer service. Social Media Advertising: Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for optimization. Analytics and Reporting: Regularly track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics and KPIs. Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data to enhance social media strategies. Collaboration and Cross-functional Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, public relations, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive brand message across all channels. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience 3-5 years as a Social Media Manager or similar role. In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their features, and best practices. Strong creative and strategic thinking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Familiarity with industry trends and a passion for staying up-to-date with new developments.
