Job Type: Full time Position: Jr Content Strategist Location: Bangalore Work Days: 5 days working (10 am - 7 pm) Must Haves: 0-4 years in creative content & copywriting. Exceptional command over the English language, both written and spoken. Capability to evolve, maintain and adapt to the totality of the brand. Works well with internal & external stakeholders. Strong understanding of trends and best practices in D2C content. Passionate about creative ideas, storytelling and content creation. Experience with scriptwriting, long-form content and short-form writing. Responsibilities: Brand & Product Positioning: You will be responsible to understand the vision for the brand & product offering and curate sharp messaging to position the offering. Work with the internal stakeholders to sharpen the vision & work with external partners to be able to execute best in class communication. Content Strategy: Participate in consumer research efforts to be able to convert the insights to strategic communications. Understanding of all digital marketing channels (performance, retention, influencers, social media, website, etc.) and how to strategize for sales-based content vs. brand building efforts. Copywriting: Ace at writing digital-first copies that are reflective of the brand ToV (should be able to separate personal style from writing for the brand). Deliver holistic content structures, copies and creative ideas for various formats and channels: emailers, blogs, website content, social media. Ability to grasp the pulse of the TG and convert insights into well thought-out concepts, scripts and campaign narratives. Role is primarily for digital & branding work but may extend to some offline work as well.Job tags
