Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled DotNet Support Lead to join our team and provide technical assistance and end-user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and how-to assistance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C#, .NET, ASP.NET, SQL, JavaScript, and cloud-native application development, with experience in Azure. This role involves implementing permanent solutions by performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of incidents, reviewing existing solutions for continuous improvement opportunities, and enhancing systems to meet evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and user inquiries.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of incidents and implement permanent solutions.
• Review existing solutions, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and perform system enhancements.
• Understand .NET & Cloud systems architecture with high customization and complex business processes.
• Recommend and implement scalable solutions to meet business requirements.
• Manage systems integrations to/from the application and assist in data transfers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a DotNet Support Lead or similar role.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, ASP.NET, SQL, JavaScript, and cloud-native application development (Azure).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model, collaborating with teams across different locations.
• Nice to have: Experience with ITSM processes.
