About the Role
Designation : Zonal Operations Manager Deputy Zonal Operations Manager
Responsibilities:
- Managing and coordinating Operational Activities of the Zone
- Drive Zonal team to achieve assigned zonal targets
- Review & expand assessment compatible Nodes Infrastructure in the Zone
- Build strong relationship with partners
- Review and ensure Policy Compliance
- Manage cost
- Presentation/Meetings with the Clients/Partners
- Reviewing and reporting on daily/weekly/monthly Performance
- Reviewing measures to achieve performance targets
- Attending conferences events and meetings as per the schedule
- Resolve operational and other technical issues in the Zone
- Maintain communication with Delivery Sales and Admin teams on regular basis
- Lead the planning and delivery of effective efficient and sustainable operations across the Zone
- Ensure that delivery is in line with budgets and key performance indicators
- Monitor coach support motivate and develop team members
- Manage risk for all the services in the zone on an ongoing basis giving early insight into any issues. Ensure that all service delivery is within and compliant with relevant regulatory frameworks and contract requirements

Requirements:
- Around 15 years of experience in Operations/Business/Service Delivery
- Good handson experience of Microsoft office (XL PPT and Word etc)
- Strong communication skills (Ability to communicate in regional language will be added advantage)
- Strong analytical skills
- Able to travel 70% 80% of the time
- Ability to work with cross functional teams
- Attention to details
- Selfmotivated and ready to work extended hours
- Enthusiastic and pleasant personality
