Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and detailoriented Inventory Executive to play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations. The Inventory Executive will be responsible for the daytoday management of inventory ensuring accurate recordkeeping optimizing stock levels and facilitating smooth material flow for production. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of inventory control excellent organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced manufacturing environment.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate and uptodate inventory records using designated inventory management systems.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment orders to avoid stock outs.
- Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies.
- Order Processing:
- Process purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to optimize order quantities and lead times.
- Stock Analysis:
- Conduct regular stock analyses to identify slowmoving items excess inventory and potential shortages.
- Implement strategies to reduce excess inventory and minimize holding costs.
- Data Reporting:
- Generate reports on inventory levels turnover rates and other key performance indicators.
- Analyse data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with production teams to understand material requirements and ensure timely availability.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including logistics and quality control to streamline processes.
- Space Optimization:
- Optimize warehouse space to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of inventory items.
- Documentation:
- Maintain accurate documentation related to inventory transactions including receipts issues and returns.

- Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Inventory Executive or similar role in a manufacturing setting.
- Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
