This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the personal and professional growth of students, educators, and parents globally.
Responsibilities:
- Design engaging and interactive training modules and sessions focused on a variety of soft skills.
- Create compelling and relevant content tailored to diverse audiences, including students, teachers, and parents.
- Conduct sessions in schools, engaging with students, educators, and parents to enhance their soft skill capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative approaches to soft skill training.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in soft skill development.
- Ideate and implement strategies to maximise participant engagement and learning outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering soft skill training programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt content and delivery to diverse audiences.
- Creative thinker with a passion for continuous learning and development.
