Responsibilities: Will work as a part of the Investment team, assisting in deal origination and due diligence of potential investment opportunities (especially in the retail credit market) Research & analyse industries/sectors, and segments, & provide insights to the team to develop an investment strategy. Create financial models to evaluate prospective investment opportunities. Carry out market research through a review of third-party research reports, analyse market trends by conducting primary research. Assist the team in all matters related to deal closure, including deal documentation, finance documentation, and structuring. Review legal contracts, including financing / investment documentation, identify areas of transaction risk, and suggest potential mitigation strategies, as part of the deal team. The candidate will also meet and engage actively with financial institutions and external agencies. Assist in other organisational matters as required from time to time.

Qualifications & Years of Experience: Chartered Accountant (preferably a rank holder) The candidate should be proficient in Excel. Excellent communication (written & verbal) Interpersonal skills and attention to detail Strong analytical skills, including financial modelling, with expertise in making detailed models in MS Excel Collaborate effectively with others, including senior managers and external parties.
