Description
We are looking for a Lead Analytics Specialist with experience in web and mobile analytics to join our digital marketing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting analytics audits, developing measurement strategies, implementing tracking, and creating performance dashboards with multiple data sources. As a Lead Analytics Specialist, you should be passionate about analytics, learn quickly, and be able to execute projects with speed.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for requirement analysis, consultation, analytics implementation (web and mobile), reporting, optimization, and management of multiple projects in parallel
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure analytics implementation and reporting aligns with business objectives
- Identify client objectives and define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track progress toward those objectives
- Collect, analyze, and report on data related to web and mobile app performance, including traffic, user behavior, conversion activity, site performance, and campaigns
- Develop Google Looker Studio dashboards by merging data from different sources
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify trends and insights, and provide recommendations to enhance business performance
- Independently manage internal and external projects with minimal supervision
- Ensure high-quality delivery within agreed-upon timelines
- Implement and evaluate A/B tests for Conversion Rate Optimization
- Evaluate new requirements and provide accurate estimates
Requirements
- Google Analytics Certified professional with experience in analytics and reporting
- In-depth knowledge of analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Firebase, Heap, and Mixpanel
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work with large data sets
- Strong project management skills and the ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in implementing tracking through Google Tag Manager SDKs, MMPs, or CDPs
- Proven experience with user journey mapping, conversion tracking, and trend analysis
- Hands-on experience with Super metrics, Google Ads, Google Optimize, or Hotjar is preferred
- Ability to act as an independent self-starter and provide thought leadership for team members
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests is a plus
- Familiarity with SQL, BigQuery, and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Adobe Analytics is a plus
