Job description
Main Responsibilities
? Good knowledge of repair and maintenance of process equipment like Pumps, Reactors,
ATFD, ANFD, RVPD, RCVD, Powder transfer system, RO system, etc.
? Good knowledge of utility equipment maintenance like Steam boiler, Air compressor, N2 gas
generation plant, Thermic fluid heaters, Multiple effect evaporator, Cooling tower, Chilling
plant, brine plant, vacuum system, Steam, and water jet ejectors etc.
? Identifying equipment issues, troubleshoot and rectifying the same
? Reviewing technical operations and suggesting improvement measures
? Keeping a track of the work progress and maintaining a documentation of the same
? Excellent mechanical and technical skills
? Familiarity with welding equipment and hand, power tools like saw, drill, and hammer, tools
and fixtures, precision measuring tools etc
? Ability to work for long, flexible hours and in extreme weather conditions
? Good physical and mental strength
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
? Having an eye for detail
? Good time management and organizational skills
? Good communication and interpersonal skills
? Ability to maintain a calm composure in stressful situations
? Preparing and presenting detailed and accurate service reports and logbook
? Providing support to the team members as and when required
? Keeping a track of the work progress and maintaining a documentation of the same
? Adhering to the safety guidelines and industry standards at all times
