Job description
- Monthly, Quarterly & Annual reporting as per Group guidelines Coordinate for all audits viz Statutory, Group, Tax, Internal, Tax, GST. Accountable for books of accounts of the Company.
- Drive improvements and automations to make finance process efficient.
- Compliance under GST, Income Tax, ESIC, PF, Companies Act, Local taxes and levies
- Drive automations. Managing retiral benefit Trusts. Work closely with sales team for MIS/Budgeting, receivable follow-up etc.
- Fixed Assets control and lease accounting Conducting analysis to assess the financial results & profitability implications.
- Prepare annual budget for the Company and perform plan vs. actuals analysis Handling of day to day banking activities, trade payments, Bank Guarantee issuance and funds arrangement.
Prepare cash flow projections periodically and manage cash efficiently. Coordinate with secretarial consultant for necessary compliances.
RELATIONSHIP: 1. Sales and operations team.
2. Auditors.
3. Govt authorities including tax officials.
4. Regional and Group business finance.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: - Qualified Chartered Accountant
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience preferably in manufacturing company (MNC) Finance function
- Leading small team of 4-5 people.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES: - Excellent in ERP understanding (preferably M3) and MS Office
- Good communication skills, team handling and people management Skills
- Must be a well-organized, detail and customer (internal and external) oriented, self-starter
