Role And Responsibilities - Java Developer As a Java Developer at Riverhouse Technologies, you will be an integral part of our talented software team, working on mission-critical applications. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Designing and developing high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems
- Creating well-designed, testable, and efficient code
- Participating in all phases of the development lifecycle
- Assisting in the preparation and production of software releases
- Ensuring designs are in compliance with specifications
- Investigating new technologies and presenting them for architectural review
Candidate Qualifications To be considered for the Java Developer position, you should meet the following qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience as a Java Developer
- Solid experience in software development, including test-driven development
- Significant experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms
- Excellent knowledge of Java and JEE internals
- Experience with object-oriented analysis and design
- Good knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and ORM technologies
- Knowledge of at least one popular web framework
