We are seeking experienced and motivated female candidates for the position of Work from Home Sales Executive. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, particularly in domestic or international voice processes. Responsibilities:

1. Core Working:

- Making Calls to the customers and explain them Our Financial Product and make them to take life insurance with us.

- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure referral business from them.

1. Target Achievement:

- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Work towards individual and team goals, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

1. Product Knowledge:

- You will be getting training on product. Understand the product very well so it will be easy to explain to the customer.

- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate features and benefits to potential customers.

Qualifications:

1. Education:

- Minimum of a 12 th Pass & Bachelor's degree will be plus.

1. Communication Skills:

- Excellent verbal communication skills with proficiency in English (additional language proficiency is a plus).

- Should have patience at work and Strong Convincing Skill

1. Experience:

- A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in a voice process (domestic or international).

1. Self-Motivation:

- Proven ability to work independently and achieve goals.
