Job description
FPA
- Complete ownership of business planning in consultation with co-founders
- Monitor performance and bring insights to the table to drive the right performance conversations with sales and supply teams .
- Prepare performance reports and lead conversations on business metrics with investors.
- Prepare decks as required to assist with capital raising, and support the due diligence phase by VCs
- Work closely with the operation business managers to drive down inefficient costs, also setting up necessary processes control for achieving sustainable optimal cost accounting .
- Setup Global Payments Business Compliance: As we set up, global operations liaison with industry professionals and ensuring that we set up the right legal and compliance structure.
- Manage and oversee entire operations of the accounting from proper accounting methods,
- month/year-end close to complete annual audits
- Tax Compliance: Complete ownership to ensure that taxation practices are best in class transactions
- Manage the AR and AP teams to ensure highly efficient back-end transactional support to the business
What are the key requirements skills
- CA/MBA (top tier only) with 3-6 years of experience in Business Finance/FPA/Corporate
- Strategy/Financial controlling teams
- She/he must be able to adapt to a continually evolving environment and thrive in an
- autonomous and deadline-oriented workplace while building and managing the finance function
- Manage the team effectively
- Very efficient with PPT, MS office, and presentation skills.
- Very good communication skills
