Designation: Social Media Specialist Location: Bangalore Experience: 2-3 years
We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, managing and optimizing our social media calendar and presence across various platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop engaging content, interact with our followers, analyze data, and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic. Responsibilities Develop and execute social media calendar and strategies to drive engagement and traffic to the website. Create, curate, and manage all social media content, including writing and scheduling posts. Plan out social media contest ideas to drive more followers and engagements for the brand. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement social media campaigns. Conduct research and stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging social media platforms. Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvement. Manage and grow our social media community by actively engaging with followers and influencers. Requirements Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field Proven experience managing social media platforms, preferably in a professional setting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong understanding of social media trends, best practices, and platforms Proficient in social media management and analytics tools Ability to deliver creative and engaging social media content.
