Role Description : - This is a contract role for an Oracle Cloud Application Developer at Nexwave's Chennai location. - The role will involve on-site development, where the developer will be expected to create and maintain scalable, secure, and user-friendly applications in Oracle Cloud. - The developer will also be responsible for integration with other systems and databases, and ensuring optimal project performance. Qualifications : - Strong programming skills and experience in software development Expertise in databases and database management Knowledge of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) - Experience in integration with other systems - Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical problems - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field - A certification in Oracle Cloud or related technologies is a plus Application Design and Development : - Design and develop scalable and efficient applications using Oracle Cloud technologies, adhering to coding standards and best practices. Database Integration : - Integrate applications seamlessly with Oracle Cloud databases, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity. API Development : - Create and maintain APIs for smooth communication between different components of the Oracle Cloud ecosystem. Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) : - Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, testing, and deployment of Oracle Cloud applications. Security and Compliance : - Incorporate security measures and ensure compliance with Oracle Cloud security standards throughout the application development lifecycle. Collaboration and Documentation : - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing technical support, and maintain comprehensive documentation for Oracle Cloud application development processes. - The candidate should be a quick learner with excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python is a plus (ref:hirist.tech)
