Overview

We are seeking a skilled Learning & Development Trainer with expertise in developing and delivering training programmes for employees across a wide range of disciplines, including systems, applications, soft skills, and professional development.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver comprehensive training programmes with a focus on systems utilization, but also to include business processes, soft skills, and induction training.
• Conduct engaging and interactive face to face training sessions to ensure effective knowledge transfer and people development.
• Tailor training to meet the diverse needs of employees at different skill levels.
• Compose and maintain a system training guides/material ensuring all information is up to date and that all users are aware of new developments.
• To update and maintain all training records as required 
• Evaluate outcome of training programmes, improving content to ensure training remains effective, engaging and fit for purpose.

Qualifications

Essential knowledge, skills and abilities

 

• Degree in learning related field, or a recognised Training qualification
• 3-5 years experience in employee development and soft skill training programs
• Knowledge of the principles of training, learning methodologies, and the ability to instruct and motivate
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills including logistics and planning capabilities
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments to meet deadlines on time
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving and dynamic environment
• High motivation to help others develop their knowledge and skills

Desirable knowledge, skills and abilities

• Experience in delivering training through virtual platforms (Zoom)
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems. 
• Experience in the delivery of management development programmes Experience in instructional Design
• Coaching Experience
