Content Creation and Management: · Generate, curate, and manage engaging content for various social media platforms. · Work collaboratively with content developers to ensure high-quality and on-brand content. 3. Audience Engagement: · Foster community engagement and build relationships with our online audience. · Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 4. Analytics and Reporting: · Utilize tools such as Buffer and Hootsuite to monitor and analyze social media performance. · Provide regular reports on key metrics and suggest improvements based on data insights. 5. Collaboration: · Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, to ensure brand consistency across all channels. · Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management. 6. Innovation and Trends: · Stay abreast of the latest trends and innovations in social media marketing. · Implement new features and strategies to enhance brand awareness. Requirements: · Education: MBA in Marketing. · Experience: Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager. Skills: · In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices. · Ability to drive organic growth and engagement. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Familiarity with tools such as Buffer and Hootsuite. · Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.Job tags
