Position: Horticulturist
Location: EcoPlanet Farm, Vill-Jambhulapada, Taluka-Sudhagad, Dist-Raigarh, Maharashtra 410205, India

EcoPlanet Farm is at the forefront of tackling biodiversity and climate change issues through sustainable horticulture. We are seeking a Horticulturist with a flair for project design, excellent communication, and presentation skills to join our team and drive our mission forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead horticultural practices with an emphasis on biodiversity conservation and climate change mitigation.
- Manage plant propagation, nursery operations, forestation, and sustainable farming.
- Engage in research and development for eco-friendly agricultural techniques.
- Design and implement projects that contribute to community, cultural, and environmental preservation.
- Utilize excellent communication and presentation skills to convey ideas and findings effectively.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Horticulture, Botany, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Experience in horticulture with a focus on environmental sustainability and conservation.
- Strong skills in project design and writing, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Passion for preserving biodiversity and addressing climate change.
- Knowledge of commercial horticulture, especially in medicinal herbs and aromatic flowers.
Preferred:
- Expertise in tissue culture, plant cell culture, and sustainable pest management.
