Job Title: Email Marketing Associate

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in email marketing and deliverability, with a focus on maximizing campaign effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
1.   Manage email operations with MTAs like Mailchimp, SendGrid, Hubspot and More.
2.   Implement IP and Domain Warm-Up Strategies to ensure optimal email deliverability.
3.   Handle Blacklisting removals and bounce rate management.
4.   Collaborate with the Design team to craft compelling Calls to Action (CTAs) and email templates tailored to specific requirements.
5.   Utilize data analysis to derive actionable insights for enhancing future Email and Push Campaigns.
6.   Monitor the success of campaigns rolled out through analytics, KPIs, and dashboards.
7.   Assist users to get what they exactly need in their Journey.
8.   Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams, fostering relationships with key agency media partners.
9.   Produce detailed campaign reports featuring in-depth analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs).
10. Develop and execute optimal Email-Strategies geared toward maximizing ROI for all campaigns.
Qualifications:
1.   Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or related field.
2.   Over 3+ years of experience in Email Marketing.
3.   Proficient in IP/domain warm-up, blacklisting resolution, data analysis, and documentation.
4.   Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, team management, and strategic planning skills.
5.   Self-disciplined, self-confident, and hard-working.
6.   Co-operative and adjustable nature.
7.   Willing to learn new things.

Additional Requirements:
1.   Proven track record of increasing email open rates, improving delivery rates, and CTR.
2.   Experience with push notifications is a plus.
3.   Familiarity with digital marketing and campaign management.
4.   Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
5.   Experience with data-driven decision making.
