Notice Period: Should be lessthan 30 days Please share your updated profile to [email protected] Job Summary: HL7 Integration Developer with significant experience in utilizing Mirth Connect and Microsoft Azure services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining HL7 interfaces within healthcare environments, leveraging Mirth Connect for message transformation and routing, and Azure services for cloud-based integration solutions. The candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of HL7 standards and healthcare interoperability. Responsibilities: Design, develop, implement, and maintain HL7 interfaces for healthcare systems and applications. Configure and customize Mirth Connect for message transformation, routing, and interface management. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Implement and maintain secure and scalable integration solutions on Microsoft Azure platform. Utilize Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Azure API Management for building cloud-based integrations. Perform testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of HL7 interfaces and integration workflows. Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize integration processes for efficiency. Document integration designs, configurations, and procedures for knowledge sharing and future reference. Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to healthcare interoperability and integration. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience working as an HL7 Integration Developer, with a focus on healthcare integration projects. Strong proficiency in HL7 standards (e.g., HL7 v2.x, HL7 v3, FHIR) and healthcare interoperability protocols. Hands-on experience with Mirth Connect, including channel development, message mapping, and interface configuration. Proficiency in Microsoft Azure services, particularly Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Azure API Management. Experience with healthcare information systems such as Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, Laboratory Information Systems (LIS), and Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS). Familiarity with healthcare data formats and standards (e.g., DICOM, CCD, CDA). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Certifications such as Mirth Certified Integration Architect (MCIA) and Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate are a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in Health Informatics, Biomedical Informatics, or a related field. Experience working in healthcare organizations or healthcare IT consulting firms. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and healthcare compliance standards. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Understanding of HL7 FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) and its implementation in healthcare integration projects.Job tags
