Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to de ne job requirements, quali cations, and specialised skill sets for IT/non-IT niche positions. Develop targeted and creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage potential candidates with the required niche expertise. Leverage various recruitment channels, including industry-speci c job boards, professional networks, associations, and passive candidate sourcing techniques, to attract top-quality talent. Conduct thorough screening interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates quali cations, technical skills, and cultural t for the specialised roles. And maintain proper tracker Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and key stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and e cient interview process. Provide regular updates and timely communication to candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Collaborate with HR team members to facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires in niche roles. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) effectively. Stay abreast of industry trends, market intelligence, and recruitment best practices related to non-IT niche pro les. Analyse recruitment data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven strategies. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related eld (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Lead, focusing on niche hiring for IT/ non-IT pro les | Niche Hiring . Hired and given Closures and dealt with the clients of different Industries of Domestic Sta ng (Niche Hiring) In-depth understanding of speci c IT/ non-IT niche job roles, industry requirements, and relevant skill sets and Manpower Industry Strong knowledge of specialised recruitment channels, including industry-speci c platforms, networks, and associations.
