Job Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist for non-IT niche pro les, your primary responsibility

will be to lead the end-to-end recruitment process for specialised positions within our organisation.

You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their unique

requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies. Your goal will be to attract, assess, and select

exceptional candidates who possess the speci c skills and expertise needed for these niche roles .

Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to de ne job requirements, quali cations, and specialised skill

sets for IT/non-IT niche positions.

Develop targeted and creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage potential candidates

with the required niche expertise.

Leverage various recruitment channels, including industry-speci c job boards, professional

networks, associations, and passive candidate sourcing techniques, to attract top-quality

talent.

Conduct thorough screening interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates

quali cations, technical skills, and cultural t for the specialised roles.

And maintain proper tracker Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and

key stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and e cient interview process.

Provide regular updates and timely communication to candidates, ensuring a positive

candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Collaborate with HR team members to facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires

in niche roles.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and manage the applicant tracking

system (ATS) effectively.

Stay abreast of industry trends, market intelligence, and recruitment best practices related to

non-IT niche pro les.

Analyse recruitment data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement

data-driven strategies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related eld (or

equivalent experience).

Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Lead, focusing on niche hiring for IT/ non-IT

pro les | Niche Hiring .

Hired and given Closures and dealt with the clients of different Industries of Domestic

Sta ng (Niche Hiring)

In-depth understanding of speci c IT/ non-IT niche job roles, industry requirements, and

relevant skill sets and Manpower Industry

Strong knowledge of specialised recruitment channels, including industry-speci c platforms,

networks, and associations.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, stakeholders, and potential

candidates.

Pro ciency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Strong

organisational and time management abilities, with the capability to handle multiple priorities

effectively.

Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ever-changing environment.
