Job description: An Admin Lead plays a crucial role in maintaining a well-organized and efficient administrative function within an organization.
Key responsibilities :Â
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
- Supervise and lead a team of 2 administrative staff.
- Act as a liaison between the administrative team and other departments.
- Streamline administrative procedures and workflows.
- Address and resolve issues related to administrative processes.
- Utilize and stay updated on relevant office software and tools.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of technology solutions for administrative tasks.
Skills required:Â
- Must have experience in office Administration and IT for about 3-4 years.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Looking for someone who is an immediate joiner.
- Strong decision-making skills and the capability to take charge of situations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Capacity to manage priorities and delegate tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
