About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Technical Program Manager to join our team on a contractual basis. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, and resource allocation. Role Title: Technical Program Manager Experience: 10+ Years Educational Qualification: Bachelor / Masters degree in CS/ME/IT Roles & Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Coordinate and lead project teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Act as a point of contact for technical issues, facilitating resolution and escalation when necessary. Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management. Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team. You are close if you have Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role in a technical environment. Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies. Experience in Node.js and React.js development. Good understanding of the OOPs concept. Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and team-building capabilities. Qualifications Proficiency in project management tools and software.Preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.Job tags
