We are looking for a Performance Marketing & SEO Manager to join our marketing team and drive the growth of our online presence and revenue. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various channels, such as search, social, display, and email. You will also manage the SEO strategy and implementation for our website, ensuring that our content is optimized for search engines and user intent.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective performance marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Manage the budget, bidding, targeting, and creative optimization of your campaigns, ensuring that they meet the KPIs and ROAS goals
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify new opportunities and optimise existing campaigns
- Manage the SEO strategy and implementation for our website, including technical, on-page, and off-page SEO
- Perform SEO audits and implement recommendations to improve the site's performance, usability, and crawlability
- Collaborate with the content team to create and optimise SEO-friendly content for our website and blog
- Monitor and analyse the performance of your campaigns and SEO efforts, using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, etc.
- Prepare and present regular reports and dashboards on the results and insights of your activities, as well as recommendations for improvement
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and SEO, and experiment with new tools and techniques
The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing revenue through digital media through designing and executing marketing campaigns. After campaigns have been launched, you will extract and analyze data across multiple channels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing and SEO, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment
- Proficient in using various performance marketing and SEO tools, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, etc.
- Solid knowledge of performance marketing and SEO principles, techniques, and metrics
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Creative and innovative thinker, with a passion for digital marketing and growth
