We are seeking a highly skilled UI Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces, ensuring an excellent user experience, and implementing the designs using HTML, CSS, and other front-end technologies.

Responsibilities:

2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design and front-end development

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.

Design and implement user interfaces that align with project goals and user expectations.

Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and enhance user experiences.

Translate UI/UX design wireframes into responsive and functional web pages.

Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic.

Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery and other front-end technologies.

Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and tools in UI/UX and web development.

Proven experience as a UI Developer.

Strong portfolio showcasing UI designs and implemented HTML/CSS projects.

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma).

Java Developer (02 to 05 Years)

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Java Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC with a focus on creating efficient and user-friendly applications.

Responsibilities:

Extensive expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, JavaScript, jQuery, Hibernate, JPA, HTML/JSP, CSS and Eclipse.

Strong knowledge in SQL Server/Oracle.

Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.

Demonstrated strong technical and problem-solving skills.

Business Analyst (02-03 Year's)

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Business Analyst with a strong analytical background and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the successful execution of projects.

Responsibilities:

· Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written

· Gather requirements from clients and create documents that include Business proposals, User manuals, API documentation, release notes, and other technical materials.

· Interact with the business team to secure sign-off on Business Requirements Documents (BRRs), ensuring alignment with project goals.

· Knowledge of Software development life cycle and ability to describe software solutions for specific business problems.

· Gather requirements from clients and create documents that include Business proposals.

· Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

· Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.

· Staying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.

· Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.

· Performing requirements analysis.

· Performing user acceptance testing.

· Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.

· Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.

· Good understanding of Waterfall & Agile frameworks (like Scrum).

· Assist project manager in the end-to-end project implementation.

Experience & Qualification

· 2-3 Years experience in a similar function!
