Job Summary

Job Role:

To welcome the guests, understand their requirements and guide them to the salesperson ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Assist in managing front office and customer relations.
- Welcome & greet customers with a pleasant attitude so as to enhance the showroom image.
- Understand the customer's requirement targeting customer delight and lead them.
- Upgrade personal and company image to stimulate maximum customer appeal.
- Be fully informed on products of Malabar as well as competitors.
